Marathon Clinic 

Are you an experienced runner who has their sights set on a marathon? Runners’ Edge offers a clinic specifically designed to help you gear up for your event!  This clinic provides a safe and nurturing environment where you will receive personalized coaching, a custom training program tailored to suit your lifestyle, and supported training runs with water support right from our store!

Start Date: Whatever date you are ready to begin (typically 16-18 weeks before your event)

End Date: Up to the date of your event

Training Times:

    • Monday 6:15pm
    • Tuesday and Thursday  6am / 9am / 6:15pm
    • Saturdays 8:00 am (changes to 7:00 am July-October)


All training runs will start and finish at the Runners’ Edge

What the EDGE can do for you:

    • Learn proper running form and technique
    • Learn warm-up and cool-down stretching
    • Learn how to run smarter & faster with interval/speed and hill workouts.
    • Learn proper nutrition and fueling
    • Discuss how proper footwear & apparel can help you avoid injuries.
