Are you a somewhat experienced runner who is looking to take their running to the next level? Runners’ Edge offers a clinic specifically designed to help you achieve that goal!  This clinic provides a safe and nurturing environment where you will receive personalized coaching, a custom training program tailored to suit your lifestyle, and supported training runs with water support right from our store!

Start Date: Whatever date you are ready to begin (typically 16-18 weeks before your event)

End Date: Up to the date of your event

Training Times:

  • Monday, Tuesday, and  Thursday evenings @ 6:15pm
  • Tuesday and Thursday mornings @ 9:00 am
  • Saturdays @ 8:00 am (changes to 7:00 am July-October)


All training runs will start and finish at the Runners’ Edge

  • Learn warm-up and cool-down stretching
  • Learn how to run smarter & faster with interval/speed and hill workouts.
