This clinic is designed for people who have little to no running experience but have the desire to get healthier, stronger and gain some knowledge of running. This clinic is also great for those who have some running experience but have taken a significant amount of time off and looking to get back on track.
In our 10-week program we will teach you proper running technique and form, and gradually and safely increase your time spent running. It is our mission to help you achieve personal fitness goals and help you become a healthier you. Expect to be taken care of as we provide a nurturing and safe running environment with step by step coaching and support. This clinic has helped many runners achieve their first 5K and beyond. It’s also a great way to make new friends and become part of our wonderful running community!

We are offering an Information Night! Join us on Wednesday, March 28th at 6:30pm to get acquainted with us. Coach Kevin Moore will be here to address all of your questions and concerns.
The clinic starts April 2nd and finishes with a 5K fun run on June 9th. Can’t begin right away? No problem! We can easily accommodate late enrollment.
