- We are offering support for runs ranging from 3 km to 16 km and 20 minutes to 90 minutes.
- We have a clinic for everyone, Kin+Run Clinic, Marathon Clinic, and Half Marathon Clinic.
- After the run, stick around and get some running or walking form tips to reduce overuse injuries.
